Since its inception, Mike has overseen the growth of Bridgepark Capital, engaging in capital raising and the full life cycle of loans, providing over £65m in lending secured against property. He is now focused on scaling the business and managing his growing team, whilst continuing to offer innovative solutions that unlock value for Bridgepark’s borrowers and investors.

With over 11 years of experience in the property development and investment industry, Cain has built a distinguished career across the Sydney, New York, and London markets, holding senior positions and providing expert advice on financial due diligence and underwriting for structured debt and equity opportunities. Specializing in residential, mixed-use, and hotel asset classes, his expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from ground-up development and refurbishment to strategic exit planning. As the Head of Finance at Bridgepark Capital, Cain oversees comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and capital market activities for all new and existing property investments.

As Head of Operations, Lara oversees the operational activities of the business, enabling the Bridgepark Capital team and processes to run smoothly and efficiently.  With over several years’ experience, Lara brings her vast knowledge for strategy and organisation to ensure Bridgepark Capital consistently strives for and achieves excellency in our delivery and service.

Having spent the past three years at an accounting firm, Richard joins Bridgepark Capital as Finance Associate. Richard is a dedicated finance professional specialising in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation, ensuring precise financial management and insightful analysis for our team.

Jonathan has spent the past decade working for a number of large real estate developers and investors in the UK and Australia, including Westfield Corporation and Lendlease. He is an experienced company builder and specialises in scaling high growth companies. He provides strategic advice and supports the Bridgepark team across HR, Finance, Operations and Strategy.
