Since its inception, Mike has overseen the growth of Bridgepark Capital, engaging in capital raising and the full life cycle of loans, providing over £65m in lending secured against property. He is now focused on scaling the business and managing his growing team, whilst continuing to offer innovative solutions that unlock value for Bridgepark’s borrowers and investors.

With over 11 years of experience in the property development and investment industry, Cain has built a distinguished career across the Sydney, New York, and London markets, holding senior positions and providing expert advice on financial due diligence and underwriting for structured debt and equity opportunities. Specializing in residential, mixed-use, and hotel asset classes, his expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from ground-up development and refurbishment to strategic exit planning. As the Head of Finance at Bridgepark Capital, Cain oversees comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and capital market activities for all new and existing property investments.

As Head of Operations, Lara oversees the operational activities of the business, enabling the Bridgepark Capital team and processes to run smoothly and efficiently.  With over several years’ experience, Lara brings her vast knowledge for strategy and organisation to ensure Bridgepark Capital consistently strives for and achieves excellency in our delivery and service.

Gabriella has earned a reputation for offering exceptional customer experiences that are fully client focused. Having previously run a number of successful business, she specialises in business development, identifying areas of growth and cultivating relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. As Head of Loan Origination, Gabriella manages our busy pipeline of deals and is committed to working alongside our clients at every step of the origination process to offer expert advice, clear communication, fast solutions and the best deals.

With a BS in Accounting and Finance from Queen Mary University (Honours) Jonathan is a passionate finance professional. As Finance Associate, Jonathan supports our Head of Finance by managing accounts payable and receivable, analysing our loan book, communicating with our borrowers regarding interest calculations for drawdowns and redemptions and producing investor materials and statements.

Having spent the past three years at an accounting firm, Richard joins Bridgepark Capital as Finance Associate. Richard is a dedicated finance professional specialising in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation, ensuring precise financial management and insightful analysis for our team.

Having previously held Office Management positions at two architectural practices, Alisha brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational efficiency to the Bridgepark Capital team. As a Loan Operations Associate, Alisha serves as the primary contact for clients once their loan is live, monitoring planning and development progress, facilitating redemptions and evaluating extensions. Most importantly, she ensures seamless communication with our borrowers during the lifecycle of their loan.

Sneha has a wealth of experience in overseeing end-to-end customer service, having previously worked in the international events industry. Her attention to detail, versatility and can-do attitude enables her to support clients and the Bridgepark Capital team, all with a friendly disposition.  As Loan Operations Associate, she works closely with Alisha Allison to monitor and service loans during their lifecycle, offering practical solutions and seamless communication with our borrowers.

Jonathan has spent the past decade working for a number of large real estate developers and investors in the UK and Australia, including Westfield Corporation and Lendlease. He is an experienced company builder and specialises in scaling high growth companies. He provides strategic advice and supports the Bridgepark team across HR, Finance, Operations and Strategy.

As Executive Assistant to the Director, Chantelle works closely with Mike on his private and professional tasks, carrying them out with discretion and efficiency. She oversees coordinating his business diary, travel arrangements, personal appointments and any ad hoc requests. Chantelle is a valued member of Bridgepark Capital, welcoming visitors to our office with a warm smile, ensuring the team has everything they need and that the office runs smoothly.
